Dear Sir/Madam: My application ID is EK9781140RXP. I am on the stage of "Verify Your Visa Application Detail". Some data are wrong, such as my arrival date, my birthday, my passport issuing and expiring dates. I clicked edit the application; it does not give me the opportunity to correct the wrong dates. I was chatting with an agent, who kindly gave me a link; however, that link does not give me the opportunity to correct either. I cannot continue my application with the wrong dates. I don't mind restarting from scratch. Please help. Thank you very much for your time in this matter and consideration.
